Billing Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Billing Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the payment obligations and processes between Zagami Enterprises LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and you, the customer (“you” or “your”). By making a purchase on hobbyistdepot.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and may change without notice. Prices do not include taxes, shipping, or fees unless stated otherwise.

2.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following methods of payment:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or ACH (where available)
  • PayPal

2.3 Payment Due Date

All payments for one-time purchases are due upon checkout. Subscription or recurring payments are charged on the first day of each billing cycle.

3. Invoicing

Issuance: Invoices are generated automatically upon order confirmation and sent to your email address.
Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information at all times.

4. Late Payments

4.1 Interest on Late Payments

Late payments accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum amount permitted by law.

4.2 Suspension of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel services if payment is not received within 10 days of the due date.

5. Disputed Charges

If you dispute a charge, you must notify us in writing within 15 days of the invoice date by emailing support@hobbyistdepot.com. Include the invoice number, disputed amount, and supporting details. We will review and respond promptly.

6. Refunds and Credits

Refunds and credits follow our Return and Refund Policy. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

7. Taxes

Sales taxes are applied based on shipping address and state laws. Customers with valid tax exemption certificates must provide them at purchase to avoid being charged.

8. Billing Errors

In the event of a billing error, we will correct it immediately upon discovery. Overcharges will be refunded or credited, while undercharges will be billed to you.

9. Payment Security

  • All payments are processed over SSL-encrypted connections.
  • We comply with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards).
  • We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

10. Modification of Terms

We may update these Billing Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on hobbyistdepot.com.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to payment processing or billing. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the transaction at issue.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

14. Entire Agreement

These Billing Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Return and Refund Policy, constitute the full agreement between you and Zagami Enterprises LLC regarding billing matters.
