1. Shipping Coverage

Hobbyist Depot ships orders within the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally.

2. Shipping Costs

Free USA shipping on most orders. Any order with an exception, will have this on the product page and at checkout

3. Processing and Delivery

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Estimated transit time is 2–7 business days.

The total delivery time (transit and shipping) is 3-9 Business days

• Order cut-off time: 5:00pm EST, Any order made before 5:00pm EST will be processed the same business day, any order made after 5:00pm EST will be processed the next business day

4. Tracking Orders

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and link. If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days, contact support@hobbyistdepot.com.

5. Delivery Method

We use reliable carriers to deliver to the shipping address provided at checkout. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund once verified by the carrier.

7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

8. Delays

Occasional delays due to weather, carrier backlogs, or holidays may occur. We are not responsible for such delays once the package is in transit.
