1. Shipping Coverage
Hobbyist Depot ships orders within the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally.
2. Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders within the USA. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional charge.
3. Processing and Delivery
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Estimated delivery time is 3–9 business days depending on your location and carrier conditions.
4. Tracking Orders
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and link. If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days, contact support@hobbyistdepot.com.
5. Delivery Method
We use reliable carriers to deliver to the shipping address provided at checkout. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund once verified by the carrier.
7. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
8. Delays
Occasional delays due to weather, carrier backlogs, or holidays may occur. We are not responsible for such delays once the package is in transit.
