Track Your Order
Where is my order?
There are two easy ways to track your order:
1. Check your confirmation email
Once your order ships, we'll send you an email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow your package. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for a message from us.
2. Log in to your account
If you have an account with us, you can view real-time order status anytime:
- Click My Account in the top navigation.
- Go to Orders and select your order.
- Click the tracking link to see the latest shipping updates.
3. Guest order? No problem.
If you checked out as a guest, use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. You do not need an account to track your order.
Typical fulfillment time
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days of being placed. Once shipped, delivery times vary by carrier and destination.
